+How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12pm (Melbourne time) on a business day usually leave our Melbourne warehouse the same day. Standard delivery then takes 1–10 business days within Australia, depending on your state, and 4–10 business days to New Zealand.
+What materials are your products made from?
We use sustainable, premium materials like RPET (recycled plastic) canopies, Olefin fabric for loungers, and 100% cotton towels — chosen for durability and everyday use at the beach.
+How do the umbrellas and cabanas handle sun and wind?
Our umbrellas and cabanas are made for everyday coastal use, and their canopies give UPF 50+ sun protection. Shade is not a substitute for sunscreen, so keep slipping, slopping and slapping. Like all portable shade, pack them away in strong winds.
+How does my purchase support ocean clean-up?
Through our partnership with Plastic Bank, we remove 100 ocean-bound plastic bottles for every umbrella, cabana and lounger sold, and 50 for every beach towel.
