Product: Beach Umbrellas
+What materials do you use?
A treated beechwood pole for warmth and strength, aluminium tilt hinge for adjustable shade, and a recycled RPET canvas canopy with UPF 50+ sun protection. Finished with poly-cotton tassels and a matching carry bag.
+How secure is the Sand Screw base?
The integrated sand screw anchors firmly in soft ground. For best results, twist the screw deep into compacted sand and keep the canopy low when windy.
+Are umbrellas wind-rated?
No portable umbrella is storm-proof. Use common sense: lower the canopy, tilt into the breeze, and close during strong winds. Damage from wind or neglect is not covered by warranty.
+Will it fit in a standard car boot or beach cart?
Yes, our compact carry bag fits most boots and carts. Always rinse zips after saltwater exposure.
+How do I clean the canopy?
Brush off sand, sponge with mild soap and fresh water, and air-dry fully before bagging. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
Product: Beach Cabanas
+What's special about your cabanas?
A quick-setup 2 m x 2 m shade with UPF 50+ recycled RPET canopy, aluminium-reinforced ribs, roof vents for airflow, beechwood pole with aluminium join, sandbag anchors, and poly-cotton tassels.
+Setup time?
Around two minutes with practice. Always anchor all legs and fill sandbags for stability.
+Can I use it in strong wind?
Cabanas are designed for shade, not storms. Close and pack down in high winds or when unattended.
Product: Floating Loungers
+Do loungers float?
Yes. When filled correctly, they are designed to float gently in the pool and also serve as elegant poolside furniture.
+What fabric do you use?
Premium Olefin: solution-dyed for UV resistance, fade-resistant, quick-dry, soft to the touch, and ideal for outdoor use.
+Is filling included?
Filling is not included. We recommend 600-700 L of outdoor bean bag beads (or recycled foam pellets) depending on your preferred firmness.
+How do I care for the cover?
Covers are removable and washable. Cold gentle wash; air-dry flat. Do not bleach or tumble-dry hot. Rinse after pool or seawater use.
Product: Beach Towels
+What makes your towels different?
100% cotton at 630 GSM for plush absorbency, Jacquard reversible weave, oversized (approx. 180 x 105 cm), and subtle embroidery for a premium finish.
+How should I wash my towel?
Cold or warm gentle wash with similar colours; avoid fabric softeners (they reduce absorbency). Tumble dry low or line dry. Shake sand out before washing.
+Do your colours fade?
With proper care, colours remain rich. Rinse after salt or chlorine exposure and dry out of direct, harsh sunlight.
Sustainability & Materials
+What is RPET?
RPET (Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate) is made from post-consumer plastic (like bottles) spun into a durable canopy fabric, reducing virgin material use and supporting circularity.
+Why Olefin for loungers?
Olefin is solution-dyed, meaning pigment is locked into the fibre requiring less water and energy in dyeing and providing excellent UV and fade resistance.
+Packaging
We favour recyclable and minimal packaging. Please reuse or recycle where possible.
Care & Storage (all products)
+After salt or chlorine
Rinse hardware and fabric with fresh water.
+Dry completely
Dry completely before storing in your carry bag.
+Shade and cool storage
Shade and cool storage extend fabric life.
+Avoid harsh solvents or bleach
Avoid harsh solvents or bleach on all textiles and trims.
+Check fasteners and screws
Check fasteners and screws periodically and tighten as needed.
Pre-Orders & Stock
+How do pre-orders work?
If an item is on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date appears on the product page and order confirmation. We ship complete orders together unless you select split shipping at checkout.
+An item is sold out - will it be restocked?
Popular colours and styles are restocked regularly. Click "Notify me" on the product page and we'll email you as soon as it returns.
