Refund policy

At House of Dune, we want you to shop with confidence. Whether you’ve had a change of heart or something isn’t quite right, our returns and warranty policy is here to make the process simple.

1. Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns for change of mind will be issued as a House of Dune Gift Card equal to the original purchase price, redeemable on our website.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind purchases.

  • Items must be returned:

    • In original, unused, and resellable condition

    • In original packaging, including the shipping box

    • Without signs of wear, marks, or alterations

Once your return arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your gift card will be emailed to you.

2. Return Shipping for Change of Mind

  • We do not offer prepaid return labels for change of mind returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable postal service, as House of Dune is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

3. 12-Month Warranty – Faulty or Defective Products

We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. All House of Dune products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults and defects from the date of purchase.

If you believe your item is faulty:

  1. Email our team at hello@houseofdune.com.au

  2. Provide:

    • A description of the fault

    • Photos showing the issue

    • Your order number or proof of purchase

Once assessed and confirmed faulty, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.

4. International Warranty Claims

Due to shipping restrictions, we may offer a refund rather than a replacement for international customers. If you purchased from a House of Dune stockist, please contact them directly for their returns and warranty policy.

5. Important Notes

  • Gift cards issued for returns have no expiry date and can be used on any product.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return - this will be noted on the product page.

  • Australian Consumer Law rights apply in addition to our policy.
