Track your order

We email a tracking link from our carrier as soon as your order leaves our Melbourne warehouse. Search your inbox for "House of Dune" or your order number (it starts with #).

Can't find the email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. Orders placed before 12pm Melbourne time on a business day usually leave the same day, so if you ordered this morning, the email may still be on its way.

How long delivery takes

Standard delivery usually takes 1–10 business days after dispatch in Australia, depending on your state, and 4–10 business days to New Zealand. See Shipping & Returns for every state.

Tracking hasn't moved?

Tracking can pause for a day or two while a parcel moves between depots, especially in peak season. If it hasn't changed for 3 business days, or your order is past the delivery window, email us and we'll chase it with our carrier.
