Free standard shipping: Australian orders of $149 or more, and New Zealand orders of NZ$199 or more.
Standard under $149 (AU): VIC $13.95 · NSW, ACT, QLD, SA $16.95 · TAS, WA $19.95 · NT $29.95.
Express (AU): From $17.95, chosen at checkout. Not available for umbrellas and cabanas.
Australia, standard: VIC 1–3 · NSW, ACT, SA 2–5 · QLD 2–7 · TAS 3–6 · WA 4–8 · NT 5–10 business days after dispatch, tracked.
New Zealand: 4–10 business days, tracked. NZ$25 under NZ$199.
Dispatch: Orders placed before 12pm (Melbourne time) on a business day usually leave our Melbourne warehouse the same day. From there, delivery times rest with the carrier.

Delivery timeframes are estimates; carriers may take longer during peak periods or for remote addresses.

Returns & exchanges

Change-of-mind returns are welcome within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, resellable, and in original packaging, including the shipping box.
Once your return passes inspection, we email you a House of Dune Gift Card for the original purchase price. Refunds are not available for change of mind.

To swap quickly, place a new order and send the original back.

Please report faulty or damaged deliveries as soon as you can, so we can help straight away.

Warranty

Every product is covered by our 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, from the date it's delivered to you (not normal wear and tear, or damage from strong wind or storms).

If a product is defective, we'll repair it, replace it or refund you. Share photos with our team for a fast resolution.
