At House of Dune, we are committed to providing fast, reliable, and stress-free shipping for all our customers. This policy outlines the terms related to the processing, delivery, and tracking of your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders placed before 12 PM (AEST) will be processed same day.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking notification> when it has been dispatched.

2. Shipping and Delivery Times

We work with over 100 courier partners across Australia and internationally to ensure your order arrives quickly.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for select metro areas (calculated at checkout)

New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Delivery Guidelines Only

Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, peak holiday seasons, customs clearance (international orders), or extreme weather conditions.

Orders to rural or remote areas in Australia, and some international destinations, may take up to 10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The weight and dimensions of your order

  • Your delivery location

  • The shipping method selected

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $99 within Australia.

From time to time, we may also run other free shipping promotions.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery progress.

6. Receiving Your Order

We recommend someone be available to receive your parcel at the nominated delivery address.

If no one is available, your courier may:

  • Leave the package in a safe location (if selected at checkout)

  • Leave a collection card for pickup at your nearest parcel facility

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number and tracking details.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packing your order. If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos of the damage and your order number.

  3. We will liaise with the courier to arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

8. Changes to Orders or Shipping Information

If you need to make changes to your order or delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, changes may not be possible.
